The CBAM report for the first quarter of 2025 must be submitted in the European Commission’s transitional registry by 30/04/2025. Further, on 26/02/2025, the Omnibus Package I of the European Commission was published, which includes proposals to simplify the CBAM Regulation. An official checklist from the European Commission is available to help you keep track of requirements. In the fertilizer sector, new CN codes must be considered, which will be mandatory starting with the Q1/2025 report.
