Emissions Report under the nEHS and EU ETS 2

Obligated parties must prepare an annual emissions report and submit it to us, the German Emissions Trading Authority. Since 2023, data has been collected using the data collection application provided by us in the Forms Management System (FMS) and transmitted via the DEHSt platform.
