EU ETS 2 for buildings and transport
The European Emissions Trading System 2 (EU ETS 2) is a new stand-alone system for buildings, road transport and other sectors. The following pages provide you with information on the national implementation of the reporting phase, in which the reporting and surrender obligations in the nEHS continue to apply in parallel with the reporting obligation in the EU ETS 2. In addition, we provide you with an outlook on the definitive regime in which the EU ETS 2 will launch in full.
