For the commitment year 2025, the deadlines for fulfilling the obligation under Section 37a (1) sentences 1 and 2 in conjunction with (4) of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) have been extended.
The deadline for transferring UER certificates to the devaluation account of the UER register (Section 4 No. 2 UERV) has also been extended. Transfers can now be made until 01/06/2026.
