In case of emergencies you may have your user name blocked outside DEHSt's customer service business hours. Please call +49-800-26 58 472 or send a fax to +49-800-210 77 52. This service is available weekdays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. as well as on weekends and public holidays. Please have your user name ready and note that it is only possible to block your user name.
